Happiness is like a major ingredient in a recipe; in that; there's no substitute for it. It would be like making a batch of cookies and forgetting to put in the sugar; they just wouldn't taste right.

When you're full of joy; you want to help others experience it too. When you feel good; you're inspired to do good. Your own 'bliss' naturally flows outward from you and benefits others; just as you receive the positive emotions of others. Happiness connects you to others as you lift them up through sharing your joy; it's infectious.

When I figured out that my cheerful nature benefits others as well as me; I started to allow myself to act this way more often; making a conscious choice to create joy every day. Whenever I felt upset; I'd remind myself that joy is a far better, more powerful emotion, and I switched into feeling it. Then I would savor that feeling by appreciating and growing.

So what can you do on Valentine's Day? 

"Send someone a card. Go read a book to a senior citizen. Read a book with a child. Tape valentine's day cards to the door of everyone you know. Eat some chocolate--but better yet--SHARE your chocolate! Call someone you haven't talked to in a while. " 

I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS!  It is time to stop complaining and time to start Living!  Living Is So BIG because it is.  It just is!  Realize that and be happy.  It is so easy, think positive.

Living Is So Big because I have so much love in my heart to give.  And I know there are people out there like me who want to give and receive love.  The universe didn't put this much love in my heart to waste it.

Living is so big because I can feel good about myself, and know that I can always feel good about myself.  I take a nice jog/run, workout, hangout with friends and family, and many, many more.  To feel good!

Living is so big because when rain falls......everything feels just right. Rain is so peaceful and relaxing.

Living is so big because of the Love and unity I feel amongst friends.

Loving life, Loving friends and most of all Loving family.....everyone is here for a reason - Thanks for Loving me back and making me feel needed. All we need is Love.

To me, the joy in living comes through and is compounded daily through gratitude.

It can be as simple as taking a moment when you put the key in the car to be thankful that the tires are always round and that the ignition always starts. The more gratitude I acknowledge, the more blessing that show up in my life

I remind myself daily to live joyously, enthusiastically, spontaneously. This attitude gives Power to all I do.

Living is so big because of Love. I live for LOVE.

Living is so Big for me because I Hope...things will always get better.

Over the past summer I read an amazing book and it stated that Gratitude is a different energetic state and when I started living my life in Gratitude I began to see the difference!  Every day I count my blessings!  I have been blessed to witness Miracles within my own family and I want to encourage everyone to take time each day and really think about all you are blessed with! 

We all have so much to be grateful for, every new day is another chance to be a blessing for someone else and to be a loving force for good in this world.  This life is a precious gift and yes I do believe that we are all "earthly Angels on assignment"!!!

If anyone is feeling discouraged and like giving up that is reading this, please reach out to someone and get some help, because tomorrow is always another day and you never know that may be the day for your Breakthrough!!!! I love you and you are important on this earth!!

OKAY... I hope everyone reads my reason as to why LIVING is so BIG for me. I commute to work every day and when I get off the exit to my work there is a homeless hut with homeless people.....that is where they sleep and and live their life......unfortunately there are homeless people all over the world and I wish it couldn't be that way for anyone in this world. Seeing a homeless person is a simple reminder for me at least that living is so big because that lets you know that someone has it worse than you...there is no need to complain.

Living is so big for me because I am able to see my loved ones everyday.

Living is so big when you are fortunate enough to have running water, a roof over your head, and all the food you could ever need :)  

These simple things should never be taken for granted because so many people in the world would give anything to have just one of them!

Living is so big because of love. Love is the most amazing thing in this world. There are so many different kinds of love and they are all blessings. I have been blessed with every kind of love, accept for one, until now. I have always known that this has been out there for me but I didn't know when it would find me.

Yes, I am talking about the love of that one irreplaceable person that when you finally find each other, you just know that you will be hand in hand, and side by side, happily forever. The love of my life, my soulmate. She has always been in my dreams, I have always known that she was out there, and I have always known that we would someday, somehow find each other in this huge, crazy world. 

Well, this miracle has happened, we have found each other, she is here, and I am finally able to hold her in my arms and tell her face to face that I love her. I have no words to describe this amazing feeling, I can only be thankful. There are so many reasons why living is so big to me and I wanted to share this one today.

I am very excited about the possibilities with clean energy and how we can help future generations...because living is so big and we need it to be sustainable!
