Rest the mind every so often just by breaking the unchanged routine. Step away and embrace new change. A simple glance out of a window to enjoy the day can suffice. You will make the realization when your mind begins to flow with such harmony. It is all within us to achieve such harmony.

The mind will alert you so please do not ignore it. It merely wants you to feel the best that you can feel. Do not be afraid to open the mind to such feelings of love, happiness, joy or bliss. Do not fear the manifestation of such feelings. Embrace it. Keep sending out the pure thoughts. It will reach its destiny. It will reach the right person that it was meant for. 

As the human-race we must realize that we are all equal and all of importance.  We must come to the realization that to live together in peace is natural and the way to go.  It is the way we were meant to be, at peace and helping one another out. 

Do not let the teeter-totter effect tilt towards the ego, greedy, and manipulative manner, yet lean towards the sincere humble manner.  Be the one you set out to be.  

If you see someone in need of help, help them out.  If you see one who has fallen, lend your hand to help them get up.  Simple acts of kindness and humility go a long way, way farther than those acts of the ego.

The day will come when we are all at peace and living the life we set out to be, but till that day, we are still in the chaos we have created here on earth from the many, many centuries of being here.

I am a person with purpose, life, family, friends, feelings, enjoyment, kindness, spirituality and reasons yet to be discovered. I have no need to run or hide, no need to hate or cry. I am never alone. I look around and see that I am never alone. Look at me as I'm surrounded by sunshine, daylight, air and many amazing people. It fills me and it feels like magic. Look at me as I realize what I have, I have you and much more.

 

I am not alone. I have many dreams and I accept myself. I live and learn and that is my attraction, what I live for. What will I do? I will continue as I am a person just like you. I have accepted myself and my desires. It fulfills my needs from head to toe. It is safe to be alive. I am here now and now is when it counts. It's safe again to try harder... be alive!  I exercise my self-control and manifest wonders when I apply myself.

I am sure if any of us took a closer look we could read the story between the lines and it would open up a new chapter of compassion that we all could somehow relate too. We have all acted in selfishness at some point in our lives, so who are we to judge the selfish acts of others?

To know that people care about you whether they are family or friends, is also something that we must not forget.  To have our own personalities, beliefs and opinions.  To be individual.  That is amazing.

To have a brain, mind and body.  To have five senses.  To make choices.  That is amazing.

I believe that our freedom of self worth as a human being and loving ourselves for us is what can bring us happiness. 

Our inner peace of just being one with ourselves brings us happiness. Not the things that we own, but what represents us as who we are down to our existence brings us happiness. 

I would rather have all the contentment of being me, and that in return will bring me happiness. No riches in the world can bring us happiness. Only we can bring our own happiness which starts from within us then it can pour out towards others. 

It is human to have five senses, born into five senses. Hear, smell, taste, touch, Sight. To be given these gifts is incredible in itself. If you dis-agree try one day without one of them.
